No. HuboMoto units are strictly non-smoking. A penalty of ₱500 will be charged for violations.

Q: Is Wi-Fi free?

Yes! Wi-Fi is complimentary for all guests.

Q: Is parking available?

Paid parking is available on the premises at a rate of ₱100.

Q: Can I cook in the unit?

Yes! All units come with a fully-equipped kitchen, including cookware and utensils. Feel free to prepare your own meals during your stay.

Q: Are pets allowed?

We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, GCash, PayMaya, credit cards (via online payment), and cash payments. Full payment is required before check-in.

Q: Can I have additional guests stay in my unit?

Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit. Extra guests beyond the booked number will be charged ₱400 per person. Please inform us in advance if you plan to add guests.

Q: Are the building amenities (pool, gym) free to use?

Yes! HuboMoto guests may use the amenities. Pool fees are ₱75 (weekdays) and ₱100 (weekends) per person. The pool is closed Mondays and open Tue–Sun & holidays (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), with night swim (6:30 PM–10:00 PM). Maximum of 3 guests per resident at a time. Proper swimwear is required, and kids must wear swim diapers if applicable. No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.

You may also use the gym—please ask the management or security guard on duty for the operating hours.

Q: Where can I buy groceries or food nearby?

S&R Membership Shopping – Iloilo is the nearest grocery store to Avida. For an accurate location, you may check this link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/LnaPHZoMynRtKonr5.

Additionally, Atria Park District is nearby and offers a wide selection of restaurants and dining options.

Q: Can you arrange airport pickup or transportation?

Yes! We can help arrange airport transfers or transportation services. Please contact Guest Services at least 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.

Q: Is there luggage storage available if I arrive early or leave late?

Yes, we can arrange secure luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. Please coordinate with Guest Services in advance, as this is subject to availability.

House Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and harmonious living environment for all residents, unit owners, tenants, and guests are required to observe the following house rules at all times. Compliance with these guidelines helps maintain order, cleanliness, safety, and mutual respect within the condominium community.

General Conduct

  • Be respectful: keep noise low and avoid disruptive/unsafe behavior.

  • Proper decorum and attire in shared spaces/amenities.

  • No smoking in fire escapes, stairways, lobbies, elevators, hallways, and roof deck. No gambling, spitting, or littering anywhere in the property.

  • Illicit/illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

  • Residents/owners are responsible for the behavior of their guests.

Use of Units

  • Residential use only (no offices, boarding house setup, teaching facility, or similar).

  • No subdividing a unit into smaller units.

  • No using the unit as a distribution point for commercial goods.

  • If unit will be vacant for a long period, inform management in writing.

Common Areas

  • Do not use common areas as storage.

  • Do not leave personal items in hallways/entrances (e.g., shoes, doormats, umbrellas).

  • No cycling, skateboarding, or playing in common areas.

  • Main lobby is for residents and guests; household staff/workers must use the service entrance.

Children, Guests, and Household Staff

  • Guests must be accompanied by the resident/host while using amenities.

  • Property Management may limit the number of residents/guests using amenities.

  • Tenants/guests may have fees for amenity use and are responsible for any liability.

  • Playground: ages 3–12 only, must be accompanied by an adult; no rough play; follow safety rules (no climbing up slides, etc.).

  • Household staff/workers must use the service entrance (not main lobby).

Amenities (Pool)

  • Amenities may close due to bad weather.

  • Use at your own risk; management not liable for accidents or lost items. Damages will be charged to the responsible person/host.

Pool (Adult & Kiddie)

  • Hours: Mon closed | Tue–Sun & Holidays 8AM–5PM | Night Swim 6:30PM–10PM. Max 3 guests per resident. No lifeguard; waiver required.

  • Shower/footbath required before swimming.

  • No running, diving, or rough play. No glass containers, food, or alcohol.

  • Proper swimwear only; kids may require swim diapers.

Elevators, Gym & Club House

  • Special Use Permit required for moving/hauling large items (furniture/equipment).

  • Use protective padding when hauling items.

  • Follow maximum load limit: 1000 kg.

  • Do not use elevators during emergencies (fire/bomb threat/evacuation).

  • Outdoor Gym

    Proper workout attire required. No jeans, slippers, or sandals. Clean equipment after use.

  • Clubhouse

    Hours: 8AM–10PM. Reservation required (at least 5 days ahead). Cancellation requires 1-day notice.

    Fees/deposits and extra security may apply.

Garbage Disposal

  • Segregate waste:

    Residual: black bags

    Recyclable: transparent bags

    Biodegradable: green bags

  • Collection times:

    8:00–9:00 AM ; 1:00–2:00 PM; 7:00–8:00 PM

  • Keep areas clean; no littering.

Security and Safety

  • Only authorized persons are allowed entry.

  • Visitors must register at reception and leave a valid ID for a visitor pass.

  • Firearms and deadly weapons are prohibited.

  • Drivers with heavily tinted windows must roll down windows for ID checks at entry.

  • During outages: limit use to essential loads (about 1000 watts / 4.5A per unit).

  • Emergency: evacuate to the designated assembly area; do not re-enter until cleared.

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in penalties, charges, or other actions as deemed necessary by Property Management.

🔧 Basic Troubleshooting Guide

Before reaching out, you may try these simple tips to fix common concerns. If it doesn’t help, don’t worry—just let us know and we’ll take care of it.

Aircon Not Turning On

1. For Aircon with Smart Plug: Press the side button of the smart plug (refer to the sticker with "press here" sign) to turn on power to the aircon.

2. For remote-controlled Aircon, make sure the remote has batteries.

3. Set mode to Cool.

4. Set temperature below room temperature (e.g., 22°C).

5. If still not working, contact Guest Services or Maintenance.

Refrigerator Not Cooling

1. Press the side button of the smart plug (refer to the sticker with "press here" sign) to turn on power to the refrigerator.

2. Ensure it is plugged in properly.

3. Allow 30–60 minutes for cooling.

4. Avoid overloading.

5. If issue persists, contact Guest Services or Maintenance.

Wi-Fi Not Connecting

1. Check the Wi-Fi name and password provided.

2. You may check the back of the router for the SSID and Password, or simply scan the QR code to connect.

3. Turn Wi-Fi off and on.

4. Restart your device.

5. If still slow or unavailable, contact Guest Services.

Shower Heater Not Working

1. Ensure the heater switch is turned ON.

2. Adjust temperature knob slowly.

3. Wait a few seconds before testing.

4. Contact Maintenance if no hot water.

Netflix Not Working

1. Restart the Netflix app.

2. Log in using QR Code sign-in option.

3. Take a picture of the QR Code and Send the QR code to our FB Messenger so we can login our account.

🔇 No Loud Noise Late at Night – Please keep noise levels low, especially from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to respect other residents.

👥 Visitors – Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM only.

🛡 24/7 Security – The building has 24/7 security for the safety of all residents and guests. Please cooperate with security personnel and follow condo regulations at all times.

🫧Cleanliness – Treat the unit like your home. Keep the unit clean and tidy during your stay.

👕 No Hanging Clothes on the Balcony – To maintain the condo's appearance and comply with building regulations, please do not hang clothes on the balcony.
